About Direct Comfort

Everyday health products, sold simply

Direct Comfort is based in Bury, Greater Manchester, and supplies genuine, brand-name health and personal care products across the UK — eye care, creams and emollients, ear and nasal care, dry mouth and denture care, digestive health, vitamins, first aid and the Bioxcin hair care range.

We sell to the public through this website, and to the trade: pharmacies, health and beauty shops, hair and scalp clinics, salons, opticians, care homes and clinics.

We're starting close to home, rolling out across Lancashire and Greater Manchester first, with delivery available UK-wide from day one.

Why we started

Trade buyers told us the same things: minimum orders that don't match how they actually buy, account set-up that takes weeks, and no one to call when something needs sorting. Direct Comfort exists to fix that — genuine stock, a £50 minimum, and a named account manager on every account. For everyone else, the same stock is simply on sale here at retail prices.

What's next
